Tuesday - Cinco de Mayo 2009
I have had a pretty good week with working out. I really love getting in the gym early in the morning and working out hard and doing intense cardio. It helps so much with my focus mentally and physically.
I do however, struggle more with my diet than I’d like too. Its never bad enough to just kill my progress but it certainly does slow it down. I’ll stay at it. I’ve never been a quiter and don’t plan to quit today.
Had a great cardio workout today did 45 minutes of interval training and trained abs
