Advice Please……
I am losing weight a good constant pace and I am very pleased. I have lost a total of 32 pounds now and can’t even believe that I have made it this far. I’m 18 pounds away from my goal weight of 150…YAY!!!….The problem I am having is with my stomach. I am losing weight and inches but not considerably from my stomach. I’ve lost a total of 4 inches and I feel like I should have lost more. Why does the waist/stomach have to be so difficult? I bought my first 2 bikins and love them especially my gold one, will be post pic in those. But I wanted to know if you guys can offer advice on how to get my stomach down. How can I lose the belly fat?

Hey girl, I wish I could give you more of an "expert" opinion. I know I have read different places that your fat comes off at different rates, but I know tummies are a problem area for alot of women. Try looking at this site nowloss.com and he has recommendations for getting rid of the stomach fat along with creating more curves. Try it to see if it gives you some info you haven’t already tried. I hear you sista and this seems to be a common thing. I’m assuming that you know that your stomach muscles are broken into three sections. I’m saying this because you hear all the time that you need to do crunches or some variation of crunches to loose belly fat.
I believe that your diet is the most important thing you can do to achieve your goal. You wanna do the type of exercises that build muscle in that region as well.
Weighted crunches and/or cable crunches work for that as well. Because on top of dieting, building muscle burns fat.

You are doing it! You’re looking very good hang in there. I agree Darkone8921. Diet is the solution for the belly fat. Now what I have started doing is more cardio. This guy that is working with me got me doing cardio 2x’s daily. So I do both treadmill on a 10.0 incline with about a 2.0-2.5 speed and the elliptical on a hill. My gut is bigger but in 3 weeks I can see a difference since I have been doing the cardio twice a day. You might wanna bump up your cardio. I’m doing 45-60 minute sessions each time..If I do weights it 45 mins of cardio and non training days it’s 60mins. The evening cardio is about 45mins as well. Also, hit that water. I have made sure my water intake is up to snuff. I hit a gallon a day and you gotta have some crystal lite to help you get it. Bump the water, the cardio and cut any fast foods out and sugar down. They tell me abs is purely diet!! Hope that helps!

We are opposites…when I start losing weight, my waist is always the first place where I lose weight and my big ole azz is the last…sadly we just don’t have control over where we lose weight first or last…we just gotta keep on truckin’…you are most definitely doing ur thang though…I am so impressed with your dedication and progress….now grab the wall and shake it like a dawg!
