Superset Barbell squats & abs
Superset Barbell SLDL & DB reverse lunge off a step bench w/risers
Superset Barbell front lunge & narrow stance hack squat
Superset Leg curl ma. & leg ext. ma.
During workout I was running out of fuel. Sipped on protein drink & was nibbling away on a mini cliff bar. Wrong thing to do! Felt like puking…and took a short brake. Sucked it up and continued on with workout. I didn’t finish the bar, saved it until the end and barely could get it down. Lesson learned., no solids during intense workouts.
