Had an excellent workout!
Superset Barbell squats & abs
Superset Barbell SLDL & DB reverse lunge off a step bench w/risers
Superset Barbell front lunge & narrow stance hack squat
Superset Leg curl ma. & leg ext. ma.
During workout I was running out of fuel. Sipped on protein drink & was nibbling away on a mini cliff bar. Wrong thing to do! Felt like puking…and took a short brake. Sucked it up and continued on with workout. I didn’t finish the bar, saved it until the end and barely could get it down. Lesson learned., no solids during intense workouts.

Incline Bench, Flat Bench, DB Flat Bench Fly & Decline Bench
T-Bar Row, Hammer Stength Pull Down, Hammer Strength Incline Row.
My old lifting partner (Sue) was at the gym today. She is one of my idols, as she is 62 (almost 63) and still lifting strong!! People can’t ever guess her age
. We both were working chest & back and so we spotted for each other. With Sue standing in & spotting, I got out reps that I thought wouldn’t be possible. I HAD to ask if she was helping, nope! Geez, all mental I guess! I had to take a little cat nap after getting in post workout eats. Excellent workout and good company too!
