Goals for the Summer…all advice welcome and needed!

I haven’t been so good at checking this thing too often; however, I am just gearing up to get very serious about reaching my goals within the next 12 weeks! This summer (hopefully) will be my best summer YET! I want to gain more lean muscle mass, while melting the fat layer off the top! (Seems like a common goal!
hehe)
I will be working out only once a day, 6x a week. On the 7th day, I will probably just do light exercise like cleaning or walking around the park. When I do 2-a-days, I usually get too tired, and lose motivation!
Any tips on staying strong, and sticking to my plan are needed!
I hope everyone else is doing GREAT on their programs/plans.
