Goals for the Summer…all advice welcome and needed!

Hello everyone!

I haven’t been so good at checking this thing too often; however, I am just gearing up to get very serious about reaching my goals within the next 12 weeks! This summer (hopefully) will be my best summer YET!  I want to gain more lean muscle mass, while melting the fat layer off the top! (Seems like a common goal! :) hehe)

I will be working out only once a day, 6x a week.  On the 7th day, I will probably just do light exercise like cleaning or walking around the park.  When I do 2-a-days, I usually get too tired, and lose motivation!

 Any tips on staying strong, and sticking to my plan are needed!

I hope everyone else is doing GREAT on their programs/plans.

    Good luck for it.
    When you loss some weight and see result you keep on with it.
    I do 3xmuscle and 3xcardio and helps me good.

    I’m not sure how you’re progressing as you posted this several weeks ago, but you already look great. For some finishing touches, do cardio first thing on an empty stomach and give yourself more time to rest. That much working out can result in 8-9 workouts in seven days. Get some rest, eat carbs early and don’t mix simple and complex carbs in the same meal - one turns to energy, the other turns to fat. You look gorgeous, though, so just keep being fine, and we’ll all be okay with that.

    he’s right you do already look great. I’m not exactly an expert on how often to work out but i do cardio every morning first thing and i do weight’s at night. Which works out for me. You just have to go with what you like and what feels right..

    I’m here in Iraq and I work out on a eight day schedule. It’s no big deal as long as you don’t let it become a big deal. think positive and be positive. hooaa!!!

    well i saw the date on this post and I realized that your 12 week goal has come and gone… but so I wanted to see how it went and tell you ya look great, so whatever you’re doin, keep it up!
