		<description><![CDATA[Got my run up to 9 miles today  .  6 more to go haha.  Took me 1hr 33 mins.  I&#8217;m soo slow&#8230;blah.  I mean I guess it&#8217;s not bad considering less then a year ago I couldn&#8217;t run 1 mile.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sooo I started back up running.  I am up to 6 miles this weekend.  My foot still hurts from time to time but its a lot better.  I am gonna cut back on the frequency of my runs and just do maybe 3 runs a week w/ one long run and just go up 1 mile a week.  I would like to get to 15 miles before the 1/2 marathon so that the 13.1 miles will be easy.  I am not gonna be doing any speed work tho b/c that really aggrevates my feet, so I will just be slow lol.  i&#8217;m ok with that. </p>
<p>I have also started biking, and enjoying it more then I thought I ever would lol.  I did 31.5 miles last weekend and I am gonna be doing the same tomorrow.  It will be a nice cross training for me since I can&#8217;t be running every day now lol.

<p>You know what, I&#8217;m not affraid of dogs, I love dogs, I&#8217;m a huge dog person. BUT WTF!!!!</p>
<p>THREE dogs tried to attack me today THREE!!!!  WTF!!!! What is wrong with people here!? </p>
<p>I live 40mins outside Boston, we are three weeks away from the Boston Marathon, I know a good 20 people personally running it and a half dozen that train on this same road I run on.  So why the **** are all thes dogs loose???!!!!</p>
<p>The first encounter today was 2 dogs at one house, a rottweiler and a doberman pinscher.  The rottweiler was chained up but started running for me and i&#8217;m thinking i&quot;it&#8217;s ok it&#8217;s ok it&#8217;s on a leash&quot; and BROKE his f*cking chain to chase me down and I&#8217;m screaming &quot; NO! NO! BAD DOG! GO LAY DOWN, HELP YOUR DOG BROKE ITS LEASH! NO! GO AWAY!&quot; and the owner comes running out and the doberman pinscher pushed through the door and ran out after me to.  So I&#8217;ve got these two dogs hair all standing up growling and barking infront of me the rottweiler knocks me down and i&#8217;m like holding it by the throat and i&#8217;m screaming &quot;NO BAD DOG! GO LAY DOWN!&quot; and finally the guy comes up and grab the rottweiler and apologizes and makes sure i&#8217;m ok. </p>

<p>If he hadn&#8217;t come out these 2 dogs were not gonna just back down like the shepard.  I was legitimately f*cking scared.</p>
<p>The 3rd dog was an older fat black lab, he was slow and didn&#8217;t get to far before the owner realized what was happening and called him back.   </p>
<p>IDK what my time will be like for the actually race because i&#8217;m not gonna be running scared shitless you know?  Every time I hear a dog bark now it&#8217;s like running over one of those speed up things in mario kart<br />

<p>I&#8217;m so frustrated right now. IDK if I can keep doing this, I don&#8217;t wanna get hurt.  I am seriously scared to go running, I mean what am I supposed to do??? Anyone else have this much of a problem so far this season?  I think I have actually been lucky to have not gotten seriously hurt yet! Grrrrr!

Oh and I shampooed my carpet in my car today so it doesn&#8217;t smell like rotting protein shake anyway YAY! haha

		<description><![CDATA[Basically same workout as last week but I went up to 35lbs dumbbells for deadlifts.  most of my lifts felt pretty easy today despite how sore I still am&#8230;.next week I will definately be going up on more of my exercises. 
But I am feeling 100% better this week and am fully energized and motivated!
