Got my run up to 9 miles today
. 6 more to go haha. Took me 1hr 33 mins. I’m soo slow…blah. I mean I guess it’s not bad considering less then a year ago I couldn’t run 1 mile.

A personal trainer I know said to work on your distance first and then your speed. Keep it up! That’s awesome to hear. I did 6 today, been building up, but I probably won’t go that far lol.
Have you thought about getting a heart rate monitor? I found it great for making sure I keep up my pace and I noticed how my heart has gotten used to the running too.
