Got my run up to 9 miles today . 6 more to go haha. Took me 1hr 33 mins. I’m soo slow…blah. I mean I guess it’s not bad considering less then a year ago I couldn’t run 1 mile.
Lets see I did an 8.5 mile run yesterday and today I did a 40 mile bike ride. My feet/legs feel great i’m not having anymore pain. I’m not even really sore the next day anymore
