Update!
Saturday, April 25th, 2009Sooo I started back up running. I am up to 6 miles this weekend. My foot still hurts from time to time but its a lot better. I am gonna cut back on the frequency of my runs and just do maybe 3 runs a week w/ one long run and just go up 1 mile a week. I would like to get to 15 miles before the 1/2 marathon so that the 13.1 miles will be easy. I am not gonna be doing any speed work tho b/c that really aggrevates my feet, so I will just be slow lol. i’m ok with that.
I have also started biking, and enjoying it more then I thought I ever would lol. I did 31.5 miles last weekend and I am gonna be doing the same tomorrow. It will be a nice cross training for me since I can’t be running every day now lol.
