Thursday, March 12th, 2009Feeling a bit better today. Not 100% but getting better. Been eating up on beans, turkey, nuts and pumpkin seeds, tuna for the iron. I took 2 multi vitamins yesterday and I will today too. Anyway workout was as follows…

inclined dumbbell bench press 20lbs 3X10
dumbell flies 15lbs 3X10
incline dumbbell flies 15lbs 3X10
chest press machine 60lbs 3X10
side lateral raised 8lbs 3X10
front dumbbell raises 10lbs 3X10
lat pull down 70lbs 3X10
row machine 70lbs 3X10
one arm dumbbell row 20lbs 3X10
shoulder press machine 60lbs 3X10
3 mile run 31 mins
Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day but since I feel like I was such a lazy ****er all week I think I will go and hit bi’s/tri’s and abs again. Don’t wanna do cardio because Sat. is my long run and I’m shooting for 7 miles.
