So I did end up skipping the tempo run yesterday.. I just couldn’t torture myself like that lol and I am so far out from the half marathon anyway, why risk overtraining? I’ve given myself enough time to do this comfortably. But I hit bis/tris/back anyway.
Today my legs are still sore mostly my butt though and it’s tolerable enough so I did my 3 mile run, legs felt really heavy tho, and hit chest and shoulders.
