O holy DOMS!
Haven’t updated in awhile, had a 3 mile EZ run Sunday
yesterday was legs and CT, I went up in squats to 165lbs, adduction and abductions to 190lbs, plie squat to 65lbs, then did an hour on the elliptical. and HOLY SHIT AM I SORE! Damnnn…
Today I am supposed to do a 35min tempo run, but right now walking is kinda a challenge so I just may not be doing that… we’ll see tho.
