intervals and abs
Pretty uneventful day. did 5X400 meter sprinting then jogging. Then went to the gym to hit abs. Their were sooo many people at the gym today. I hate when it’s like that! lol
Oh and I shampooed my carpet in my car today so it doesn’t smell like rotting protein shake anyway YAY! haha
Tomorrow is an off day for cardio but I’m gonna hit whole upper body I think.
