Leg day and CT
Basically same workout as last week but I went up to 35lbs dumbbells for deadlifts. most of my lifts felt pretty easy today despite how sore I still am….next week I will definately be going up on more of my exercises.
But I am feeling 100% better this week and am fully energized and motivated!
