Soooo since Monday i have been feeling like total crap. Yesterday i was supposed to do a 35min tempo run, I got 4 minutes into it and had to stop because the blister on my right foot has split open and I thought it was gonna bleed. I did bi’s and tri’s though, but I really had NO energy.

one arm pronated dumbbell tricep extension across face 10lbs 3X10
tricep kickback 15lbs 3X10
standing tricep press 30lbs 3X10

tricep pull down w/ rope 30lbs 3X10
Today I could barely get out of bed to go to work at 7am I was supposed to get up at 5am to hit the gym, but i just couldn’t. I was gonna do a 2 mile run and chest/back/shoulders. I did the 2 mile run on my lunch break, But I got so lightheaded I literally thought I was gonna pass out.
THEN! i caught a glimps of my gums in the mirror, and they are GHOSTLY white. This is because I am anemic, but I have never seen them this white before. So I’m guessing this is why I am feeling so crappy. Anemia is when your body lacks iron and so it can’t transport oxygen throughout your body which makes you lethargic and lightheaded.
So i’m gonna try and eat lots of iron rich foods today and hopefully I will feel better tomorrow and be able to get back into the swing of things.

I’m anemic too! And the worst part is that I have a horrible time taking iron pills! They make me so queasy! uggghhhh! I have had a few light headed episodes working out too… they’re not fun! I hope you’re feeling better soon.

Glad to see you got new shoes. Might I suggest a good multi-vitamin??
