New shoes, CT workout, leg day
Sooo I bought new shoes Sunday!
They’re Asics got them on sale at Kohls for $60
I also pick up some running socks from Nike w/ a giftcard I had. My 2.5mile EZ run Sunday felt like running on pillows haha.


Today was CT and legs so I like a 1 mile warm up
Legs:
squats 145lb 3X10
lunges 20lbs dumbells 3X10
deadlifts 30lbs dumbells 3X12
plie squats 60lbs 3X12
Hamstring curls 110lbs 3X10
Quad curls 55lbs 3X10
hip abduction 185lbs 3X10
hip adductions 185lbs 3X10
then 1 hour on the elliptical
Let me tell you I was absolutely dragging my ass this morning. I was just not in the mood to do such an intense workout today…
