Yesterday- Intervals
So yesterday I couldn’t get online because I locked my keys in my car and was trapped at work boooo.
But my workout was
1 Mile jog warm up
Biceps/Triceps
hammer curls 20lbs dumbbells 3X10
bicep curls 15lbs dumbbells 3X10
bicep curl machine 40lbs 3X10
one arm pronated dumbbell tricep extension across face 10lbs 3X10
tricep kickback 10lbs 3X10
standing tricep press 30lbs 3X10
tricep push down machine 45lbs 3X10
And then for intervals I did HITT on the treadmill b/c it was 2 degrees outside(**** that! lol)
so I jogged at 5.5mph for 2 mines then ran at 8mph for 45 secondX4
then I just jogged for 8 mins to make it a full 20mins
My legs felt pretty gased after this haha.
