How come?

How come when I eat even a little of something not good for me I feel incredibly guilty?  Like yesterday I had a handful of chips and 5 chocolate covered pretzels and I felt like such a fatty-mc-fat-fat for eating it that it made it unenjoyable?  How come I feel like that and people on here go out and eat MASSIVE amounts of crap and are proud of it? I think I am a wack job haha

Ate today

Friday, July 18th, 2008

breakfast 7am
1/2 cup oatmeal w/ cinnamon/nutmeg/vanilla/sliced up apple/flax/vanilla soy milk/half scoop protein powder
350 cals

2nd breakfast 10am

6oz fat free greek  strained yogurt 1 white nectarine 6 almonds
200 cals

Lunch 2pm

1/2 cup brown rice 1/2 cup mixed beans 2 tbls salsa 1/2 cup mixed sweet peppers 3 baby corn and 1/2 cup green beans served over spring mix w/ baby spinach
275 cals

Dinner 6pm
chunk light low sodium tuna green beans baby corn mushrooms w/ spring mix and baby spinach w/ lemon pepper spice and balsalmic vinegar 6 almonds

200 cals

pre workout
1/2 protein bar

100 cals

post workout
1/2 cup no salt added 1% cottage cheese
90 cals

frozen strawberrys Xtend ice cude and a splash of crystal light blended into a smoothie
25 cals

Total cals 1240
