Dailys!
So I am thinking I will start blogging daily about what I eat and do during the day to try to achieve my goals….sooo for today I just ate lunch which consisted of a
salad with
baby greens (15 cals)
1/2 chicken breast (55 cals)
6 grape tomatos (~15 cals)
croutons (20 cals)
salad dressing (35 cals)
Then I had a mango (100 cals)
Sooo for lunch I ate 240 calories.
For breakfast I had
1 cup Kashi wheat puffs 0g sugar (70 cals)
with I light n fit yogurt (60 cals)
and some raisins (130 cals)
so breakfast was 260 calories
I had an apple for a snack (65 cals)
So thats 565 so far today…
Then I will have a protein shake (150 calories)
Another salad w/ the other 1/2 chicken breast (140 cals)
2 Wasa crackers (70 cals)
2tbs mango salsa mmm (20 cals)
That’s 945
Which is good because if I come home from the gym hungry I will probably have another shake and an apple or baby carrots or maybe some blueberries
For exercise I am going to do some abdominal exercises now on my lunch break (prob like 15-20 mins) and then after work I will go to the gym and jog for 20-30mins.
