well, i finally got around to starting the pfd plan after a 2 week or so delay. what a great feeling it as to be in the gym lifting. endorphins were flying, it was awesome.
i hesitated to write anything cuz i have felt like i left myself down and i just don’t want other people to see me at my most vulnerable ,i guess. but i figure i can build from this and move forward.

way to get in there and get started! thats half the battle man every day is a new day! looking forward to seeing the progress man. what are the goals?

That great news, It a lot of hard work as I just started steve’s plan also! But keep at it. I like to look at this site also as a way for me to be accountable to someone. I know that my friend on bb.com are going to get on me if I slack and I love that they do because it motivates me to do more. So keep on doing this, don’t make me have to get on you
Life is always better with a needed kick in the pants. We all need those sometimes, even mr. muscles.
