Finally done with 2nd job

Whew! I’m finally being let off my 2nd job! I will finally be able to focus more on sleeping more and that, in turn, will help me not reach out to comfort meals, easy-fix, or fast food. It will also help me devote more time to cardio, intense interval training, and life outdoors once it warms up. Since I posted my last blog, I have fell off a little, but have done some body weight exercises to remain more or less ‘active’. Had some weight gain around the holidays, but some of that has disappeared. Some. Although I’m only 25, but according to most research, that is the age at which one’s body can start slowing down and aging, especially metabolism. I must work harder to keep my metabolism higher.

So, I’ve taken some more pix, but they are not any better than the September pix. I might upload some of them, but I’m not to happy with them. You guys will see ‘em and I don’t like it, but that’ll motivate me to work harder and post great pix in a few months. :)   So, I am much more motivated now and have been reading about total body workouts and I seem to enjoy them more than the intense muscle building workouts where you do all kinds of sets, resting, and pausing. I like to just keep moving from one thing to another, otherwise known as supersets, as some of you may know. I would do this three times a week and use two days to focus on some muscle groups and train those a little harder. It is possible to train daily, as long as you don’t train too hard. Two sets or even only one set and it seems to work for me. That way, I have worked out daily and not just skip a day if I didn’t get a chance to get cardio in. Of course, I have a day or two of rest. :)

Well, that’s it for now. I’ll be back in a couple weeks. I’m going to Florida for a much needed break and vacation! Ciao.
