Time with new Trainer
So yesterday I got to the trainers workout. It was a nice change of pace. Kinda shorter then what I imagined but I do have some soreness for today. As I was talking to the more experianced trainer about the polars system and where it had put me with my bf%. So he decided to use the calipers on me. According to the calipers I was at 12.7% not the 20% the machine gave me. So I was a little more confortable with that. He stated to be on the safe side just think your in the middle of the two at 15%. So in that aspect I have reached a short term goal Now to look twords a 10%. I want my sixpack to show and get better in shape all together. To the friends and people I have talked to and the help so fare I thank you. I will like to have the continued support from you all. I have set a longer term goal for me in a year to try a local comp. So I am up for anything anyone can help me acheive this goal.
