So yesterday I got to the trainers workout. It was a nice change of pace. Kinda shorter then what I imagined but I do have some soreness for today. As I was talking to the more experianced trainer about the polars system and where it had put me with my bf%. So he decided to use the calipers on me. According to the calipers I was at 12.7% not the 20% the machine gave me. So I was a little more confortable with that. He stated to be on the safe side just think your in the middle of the two at 15%. So in that aspect I have reached a short term goal Now to look twords a 10%. I want my sixpack to show and get better in shape all together. To the friends and people I have talked to and the help so fare I thank you. I will like to have the continued support from you all. I have set a longer term goal for me in a year to try a local comp. So I am up for anything anyone can help me acheive this goal.

I site here day after day trying to stay motivated. I see all these guys and girls that have the crap together and makes me wonder what I am not doing. I can’t believe how many females are on here with what can really explain but perfect sexy bodies. Some married and some single. Makes me want to do better. If all have you have done it why can’t I. On top of everything else to me I have grown up with the fact that sex is what drives us. It can be very difficult to try and compliment females on there glutes (fine butts). Or to see a picture that has nice breasts right there. I’m not complaining by any means ladies. If I have ever commented you I truely mean it. Guys if you look like supermaine in his gladiator out fit how and the hell did you get your abs. I have picked up a personel trainer to help me get there. I guess in the end we all like to be admired. Some for there self-estem, some just because they enjoy being the center of attention. Me I think I need the self-estem to continue helping my loss of motivation.
