Got cold :(

Monday, November 17th, 2008

Unfortunately I got cold at weekend so I didn’t feel so well yesterday and today.

I was at the gym in the morning but couldn’t be so effective. I skip running in early morning for some days cuz it’s really cold outside and I don’t want to be ill. I drink a lot of tea and try to strenghten my immune system to keep on my regimen.

Taragui yerba mate sin palo

I found a new tea… actually not a new one just I haven’t tried it before. I was at a very small shop where are a lot of special teas. There I found this "Taragui yerba mate sin palo".

It’s from Argentina and has a lot of antioxidants and vitamins in it. I heard that it’s very popular in Latin-America. The taste of it is very special, I like it and I really feel it gives me a lot of energy and brings relief after a stressful day. I recommend it everybody. :)

Yesterday evening

Yesterday evening was horrrible for me. I’m very stressful cuz i have a lot of midterms at the uni and I’m also working beside my studies.

I couldn’t handle my stress in the evening and I ate 2kg grapes and 1,5kg banana… yeah I know.. horrible. I slept just 3 hours cuz I learnt a lot. I went to the gym at 6am and it helped a lot by wakening up. My problem is for today that this yesterday evening meal made me sick and I don’t really think I will eat anything today… :(

 My colleague told me that I should drink herb teas to handle my stress and it’s much better than eating.. i know that eating so late (11.30pm, especially fruits in such amount) was really bad for my body but I felt that I can study just if i have engergy for it. :(

Do u have some good tips to handle stress?
