Yesterday evening was horrrible for me. I’m very stressful cuz i have a lot of midterms at the uni and I’m also working beside my studies.
I couldn’t handle my stress in the evening and I ate 2kg grapes and 1,5kg banana… yeah I know.. horrible. I slept just 3 hours cuz I learnt a lot. I went to the gym at 6am and it helped a lot by wakening up. My problem is for today that this yesterday evening meal made me sick and I don’t really think I will eat anything today…
My colleague told me that I should drink herb teas to handle my stress and it’s much better than eating.. i know that eating so late (11.30pm, especially fruits in such amount) was really bad for my body but I felt that I can study just if i have engergy for it.
Do u have some good tips to handle stress?
