Got cold :(

Unfortunately I got cold at weekend so I didn’t feel so well yesterday and today.

I was at the gym in the morning but couldn’t be so effective. I skip running in early morning for some days cuz it’s really cold outside and I don’t want to be ill. I drink a lot of tea and try to strenghten my immune system to keep on my regimen.

    green tea for sure!!!

    if you dont mind a few calories sip on some warm rum and honey tonight before bed….sounds crazy but it works

    yea tea is good… and i heard that tea with lemon and honey is supposed to be a good combination to help fight a cold. get better! :)

    Thank u guys. :) Honey is a good idea - i don’t have it now at home but tomorrow i think i buy it (it’s evening at us so now i go to bed). :) Yeah, it’s a bit lot on calories.. :) But if i’m not healthy i can’t train so it’s better to strenghten the immune system.
