Today was a little bitter sweet. I switched gyms. I love Worlds, so don’t get me wrong, but there was just too many old guys doing to much talking and not enough lifting. So I walked in to LA last night and loved at atmosphere. After I had an amazing workout at the local high school doing bleachers, I worked out some more at LA. Now i’m hooked. I worked out hard core last night and this morning. I love working out, seriously.

I have been excited about my gains lately. Now I want to start leaning out more. This week I started to run a mile after I lift. That has started to get easy. So I’m off to the high school to run some bleachers after each lap around the track. We will see how I feel then. Over all my diet and work outs have been consistant. I have seen noticably change but am ready to start stepping up the cardio for summer.
