Legs !!?!!
Sunday, May 20th, 2007Holy Sh**, I don’t know if anybody has seen the latest Leg routine Charles Glass had on bodybuilding.com, but I did it today and have never been in so much pain. It’s the one where you go on the leg press machine and put a fixed amount of weight (I had three plates and a 25 on each side). You pump out 15 reps, rest for a few seconds, then do 8 reps, rest few seconds, 7 reps, rest a few seconds, 6, and 5, and all the way to one. At the end of each set my feet were numb, I was light headed, and my legs were throbbing. Talk about shocking your body though. I than varied up the routine and did Ronnies walking lunges and then sumo squats. I ended it with burn outs on the leg curl machine and stopped after that. I usually incorporate hams, but I didn’t have anything left. I did some abs, stretched, and wobbled home.
