Just some thoughts

December 29, 2008

Loss can be described and defined in many terms. One may lose tangible objects, such as money, a wallet, a car etc. But also there are the intangible that seem to cause much more pain. One may lose inspiration, desire, drive. While someone else loses who they are and their own self respect. No matter what the intangible is, pain seems much deeper and harder than objects that help shape our daily life. Dealing with objects that are lost, for the most part, is easy and in a way not as expensive as repairing oneself.
Sometimes you come to wonder why you put so much into one person. You do all you can and hope for the best. When you fall flat on your face you realize that the person you should have put time into was yourself. If you are like me, you have made mistakes in your life but feel like you are still getting the raw deal in the end. One thing is true, keep your head up and keep on pushing. Stay true to yourself because unfortunately people come in and out of your life and friends can fade away. When it’s you and the world, you can only hope to invested enough in yourself to have the fortitude to accomplish your goals. Dream big and aim high, and never let anyone tell you, you will not make it. There are many types of people you can surround yourself with. Hopefully those you choose help you grow and are truly good people.
But unfortunately what would life be like without putting oneself out into the world? What would you learn, experience, and earn? There is no doubt that life experiences and your surroundings shape who you are. Your best bet is that you are a quick study and learn fast. Live life and play hard, but also be careful. If you feel love, go for it. But don’t let lust blur love or let your heart be the only part of the decision making process. There will always be those we loved and cared about, but unfortunately that is why they are referred to in the past tense.
I guess the point is that people will come and go. Feelings blossom, grow and end. But never care or love anyone else above yourself. You would sell yourself short. Make yourself happy with who you are and when you can do that, you are ready to find someone else that is the same.

Cycling off

November 5, 2008

I have been stacking Gaspari size on, plasma jet, and super pump for well over a month. Through talking with some guys at the gym and realizing how long I have been on all of them I am taking November as an off month for the stack. My body kept gaining strength and size but my kidneys and other parts need time off. Also like one guy said, my body needs to be shocked, as in when I first started taking the stack my body was shocked and as of late I am not feeling as much as a difference like I used to. Hopefully when I start up again this break will help. Also I hope I will retain my gains that I have made. So far, though just 3 days after stopping, I was able to put up my dumbbell presses and ended with 5 reps @ 95. So, as for now it looks good.

Chest

October 20, 2008

Today I was able to increase my dumbbell press. 3 sets of 10= 65, 75, 85, and then 6 reps of 90. The stack I am taking is still working well. My weight has plateaued right now. I am picking up my ab workouts and cardio so that may be the reason. Also I am getting worried I might be over working my chest and other body parts. I am one of those people that workout till I am drained. If I feel I can do more I do. I have so many exercises for each body part. I am going to consult with a trainer at the gym to see if its too much, unless someone else can let me know on here. But excited to get back in the gym tomorrow. Thanx for the encouragement. Good luck to everyone else, stay committed!

Improving

October 4, 2008

Just the other day I went to the gym and worked out chest and tri’s. To me my chest is the weakest area that I have. Because I now concentrate on my chest twice a week I dumbbell press 3 sets of ten starting at 60, then 70, and 80 and I also got in a set of 5 reps of 90. That to me is great progress, and it helps when I have good new supplements and work hard. Before this I wouldn’t even think about grabbing the 90’s, I would most likely max at 60 or 65. Thank you to those that continue with advice and support.

Need some ideas and or guidance

September 15, 2008

I am changing my routine and trying to plan everything by myself, with only help from magazines I have acquired. Any insight or ideas that someone can give would be great, thank you.
