So, my wife and I just moved to Nashville, TN. I’m on recruiting duty and after my leave days are over I’ll start working again on 30 Nov. There is a YMCA near our house and because of the military member incentive program our membership should be paid by the military. All we have to do is keep it current by going at least 8 days/month, which is a piece of cake because I go to the gym everyday except for Sunday.

There are two things (well, really 3 but the third is not that big of a deal) that I don’t understand about this site:
1-Why do they put a cap on the number of groups you can belond to? They don’t put a cap on the number of friends you can have so why would they cap the number of groups?
2-Why can’t you name specific brands of supp’s on this site? I tried to update my fit status and a blog on here with a brand name supp that I’m taking, and everytime I do, the name of it is "*****" out.
Seriously, where’s there sense in all of this??

The weekend is finally here. After more than two months away from the gym because work had me too busy, I finally made it back in this week, made it everyday, and stuck to my plan. I’m in a whole world of sore right now. It sucks cuz it hurts so much, but the pain is so wonderful.

For the first time since I started lifting in 2005 I was called a gym rat. I couldn’t believe that. I don’t consider myself to be a gym rat. I try not to miss a workout and try to make the workouts count as much as possible, but have never thought of myself as a gym rat.
I was talking to one of "them" (the term I reserve for people who don’t go to the gym and just do what little cardio they have to do to stay in decent shape) and he said I was so gay for having a bodyspace. I explained to him what it was and he couldn’t believe there was actually a website like bodybuilding.com, meaning a sociail website for people to post half-naked pictures of themselves. It was very amusing to me because he has two full sleeves of tattoos, and i can’t believe he’d do that to himself. I have no tattoos and never will. My body’s fine just the way God made it. I’m just trying to add more of what’s already there.
Today’s workout was frustrating. I just wasn’t feelin it. I couldn’t lift near as heavy as I thought I should be able to. I didn’t have the time I wanted so I had to cut it short and it was just an overall off day at the gym for me. Tomorrow’s gonna be great though. I’m just gonna sleep until I wake up and then try again. I might try the sets I all but gave up on today, tomorrow. I’m going to finish today’s workout, do tomorrow’s and probably get Saturday’s in as well. Next week my wife and I are going to Disney World and Univ. Studios. I don’t know what kind of workout equipment they’ll have where we’re staying so I’m just going to take the week off from working out. That’s why I’m going to finish this week off strong, or try to anyway.

Only had one good week in the gym and then I let work start getting in the way. Done with that. Even if I only get two hours of sleep a day, I’m making a point of getting my ass back to that iron!! If I’m in bed in the next 20 mins, that will be 7 hours of sleep and then off to the weights, and Cellucor, again.

OK, this is the week I stop dancing around the excuse of work getting in the way of getting bigger. Yes, work does get in the way quite often, but I’m tired of not getting the results I need. So, I’m going to start getting my ass back in there on Tuesday. Today I won’t have time because of having to be at work way early, but the plan is to go Tuesday - Saturday and take Sun and Mon off. Wish me luck, everyone!

OK. So, this week, because of work stuff I didn’t make it in the weight room a single day, again. It was just a really, really bad week all around. I even forgot the Cellucor for the first three days so I just opted to not take it Thurday and Friday. Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday… I’ll probably have tech training at work on Monday, which will force me to be in an hour early at 1500 instead of the normal 1600. So, Tuesday it is, hopefully… legs and shoulders, fun stuff!!

My first week back to the gym was very disappointing. Only made it in Mon, Tues and Friday. The other days work stuff got on the way. I did however get through all the muscles groups that I had planned on, which is pretty much all of them. Friday’s back and bicep workout was actually very good. Hasn’t changed my motivation though. Got more pumped the more I used my Blackberry. It’s great, I can listen to music at the same time that track my workout, sense I can’t ever remember to take my notebook with me. Lovin’ Cellucor so far. Only been on it for a week, but it’s so easy to take. Maybe, for gym time, next week will be better…

My first day of taking Cellucor was an eye-opener. I thought there would be a confusing schedule of taking this many of this one now and this many of this one plus that one later. It’s so easy!! The workout for today was a little disappointing. I got to the gym a half hour later than I planned on, so I had to cut it short, but only by two excercises, one tri and one chest. All-in-all, decent. Plus, I forgot to take my notebook to record the lifting session on, but ah, new Blackberry Storm to the rescue. Not only do I have bluetooth earphones to listen to the 1470+ songs I have on my Blackberry, but it also kept playing my music while I typed in my workout to my memo pad as I went. That part was awesome. So, the second day back to the weight room and first day on Cellucor I think was a success!!

Today was my first day back to the weight room in over a month. Spend a month in FL at Tyndall AFB, which sucked AND put the gym time on hold. Then I got back and two days later had a wisdom tooth pulled, which knocked that week out, and the next week I was still on light duty because the tooth (or absence of) hadn’t completely healed yet. So, after way too long being out or the gym, I’m finally back in there. Wasn’t a great first day back, but at least I made it there. Tomorrow, hopefully I can start the Cellucor I got while I was waiting for my tooth to heal up. Everyone the I’ve talked to says that I’m going to love what Cellucor is going to do for me. I sure hope so because after trying everything under the sun to put on some muscle and gain a little (a lot of) weight, nothing has worked and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. Anyway, off to bed now so I can wake up and hope get back on the gym for a good workout before work.
