well my knee wasn’t 100% for tryouts but it didn’t hurt to run. So now I’m on the team and we have practice everyday on weekdays. it’s great cardio workout and i’m dropping a little bit of weight.
Argh!! messed up my knee friday 1/18 at soccer conditioning so now my workout will be limited for a week or so. And i have tryouts next week! Agh! i hope it heals by monday!
