well my knee wasn’t 100% for tryouts but it didn’t hurt to run. So now I’m on the team and we have practice everyday on weekdays. it’s great cardio workout and i’m dropping a little bit of weight.

Argh!! messed up my knee friday 1/18 at soccer conditioning so now my workout will be limited for a week or so. And i have tryouts next week! Agh! i hope it heals by monday!

Tried the jump rope today and was hard to get used to at first cuz it’s been years since i used one. but felt good to really challenge myself. Gonna try to do it for 10-15 min aday

Are you supposed to load on glutamin like you do an creatine or what? Cuz i didn’t and i haven’t seen very many results…

Digging through some old junk in the barn up here when my dad called from back home and said he’d just remembered something that would really tone me up all over. Of course i was interested so i took the bait and asked "what??" He said….a jump rope. so i went to wal-mart and got me a $10 dollar one with weighted handles and im gonna try it out tomorrow!!
