If we did all the things we are really capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.

Hi, My name is Chris Davies
the developer of sugartreeplus.net and “Your Lifestyle”.
I’ve been developing this site over the past 3 months in my spare time after reading “From one fat person to another” and seeing what a massive change it made to my day to life with my appearance, confidence and so much more!
I hope you benefit from the book and the meal planner as much as I have, and if anyone has any questions about the book, the meal planner, my personal experiences or whatever, just send me a message and I’ll do what I can to answer your qustions.
I started hitting the gym when I was 16, mainly because of Rugby. I needed to pick up on my fitness and strength to make an impact.
My Rugby career finished when I left school in 1997 and that’s when the roller-coaster ride started! It wasn’t so bad directly after school but by the time I was 21, it really started going up and down, what with the beer and bad nutrition and the idea that I could still eat whatever I wanted to like I was still 16.
I’ve tried loads of different eating and training programs over the years since then which contributed to the roller-coaster ride… the main issue with each one being that I was never able to maintain any as a lifestyle for one reason or another.

The first program I tried was a 10 week training program using USN (Ultimate Sports Nutrition) in 2003. This gave me great results, there is no doubt about that, I cut the body fat I wanted to and transformed myself. The problem was that it relied on all the supplements that went along with it to get there and that’s not something I wanted to continue throwing down my neck on a long term basis… Fat Burners, creatine and all that! You can see the results here.

Later in 2006, just to dramatically cut weight, I tried some crazy stupid idea where for a period of 1 week I lived on a lemon and Tree Syrup drink which was a form of detox really, but extreme. I didn’t eat a single piece of food for that week, and it worked, but it was hell and just crazy really… not something I would recommend anyone should even consider doing.

After that I just went back to eating normally and doing the odd bit of training through to Mid 2007. By that time I had picked up much more on my training and was really starting to see results now and I was doing it by just eating normally without any supplements. That lasted until roughly the end of Aug 2007 at which point the end of the year was approaching and the thought of going home to South Africa and the sun and really good food started taking over and the gym and healthy eating then took a back seat, basically I became lazy.
Come the end of the holiday around middle of Jan 2008 I was at my heaviest in my life! Weighing 98 Kg’s, I thought I needed to get back down to things the way they were before Xmas. I felt uncomfortable in myself, I couldn’t do up my work pants and relied on my belt to hold them up. I hated it, i had never been like this in my life!
It was crazy actually because in the space of just 4 months I was able to completely ruin all the hard work I had done leading up the middle of 2007.
After getting back to the UK after the South African holiday and went back to normal eating and random training and dropped down to 93.7 Kg’s at which point I was given the “RECIPE” for success , The book “From one fat person to another”, and finally something that could become A sustainable lifestyle for me.
So on the 1st April 2008 I started on my new eating and training program after reading a book written by someone I know.
So weighing 93.7 Kg’s and a body fat of around 20% I started this program.
I think the progress pictures speak for themselves really, there is no two ways about it, read the book and use the meal planner and I promise you, it will work!
