Pissed off

So I did get to workout yesterday, I went swimming in the morning, ate 6 meals, and did weight lifting in the afternoon, but when my alarm rang this morning I couldn’t get up for my life. I overslept until 10am, too late to start the good pattern of yesterday, and my muscles weren’t sore which meant that all the weight lifting I did yesterday wasn’t beneficial at all. On top of that I gained back all the weight that I had previously lost, the people in my gym must think I’m nuts because I loose only to gain! It’s always in the span of the 30s, I just can get out of the 230s for my life! I’m starting to get discouraged …

Yea, it’s been a while, sorry

The job at ruehl didn’t work out, I didn’t expect it to. I decided to not go to the try out seeing that I didn’t belong to any of their stores. I’ll send my pictures in during the fall seeing that I’ll be in better shape by then, I want to be in the winter edition anyway. Progress is not progressing, I haven’t seen any change in my body but then again I haven’t been trying to change it lately. I haven’t been able to get to the gym like I’d like to and haven’t been getting up early enough to eat all 6 meals. I got the best progress when I did cardio 2 times a day along with weight lifting. I should have thought about this earlier when I woke up this morning, now I screwed up my workout schedule for the rest of the week. Should I not go today and wait tomorrow to start all over? My mind says that there is no such thing as bad or unorganized exercise but I’m so anal about everything I like everything to be precise. I feel like waiting till monday to start a proper routine like refreshing a web page but then again I was really looking forward to swimming today…I don’t know what to do

Gained about 10 pounds back of what I had previously lost but am quickly shedding the pounds again. I upped my cardio at the gym, an hour of high intensity cardio a day followed by some minimal weight lifting. This new program has got me shedding a pound a day, I’m so happy. But let’s hope my body doesn’t platoue into a hault.
Abercrombie made a section on they’re site to recruit models and show current models, I was so excited about this that I couldve thrown up. This means I no longer have to break my back finding when castings are and the site has made it easier for people to send they’re pics in.
The next casting is may 21st ,I have about three weeks to get my body in shape. I predicted in general that I’d get in shape in 3 weeks and at the rate I’m going it seems like my fitness goals will be accomplished in due time.
Only thing I’m worried about is if I show up and get in trouble for not being a job associate. Should I go and send my pics ? Or just send my pics? The email has an option where you say your not a current assoiciate…
