Pissed off
Thursday, May 29th, 2008So I did get to workout yesterday, I went swimming in the morning, ate 6 meals, and did weight lifting in the afternoon, but when my alarm rang this morning I couldn’t get up for my life. I overslept until 10am, too late to start the good pattern of yesterday, and my muscles weren’t sore which meant that all the weight lifting I did yesterday wasn’t beneficial at all. On top of that I gained back all the weight that I had previously lost, the people in my gym must think I’m nuts because I loose only to gain! It’s always in the span of the 30s, I just can get out of the 230s for my life! I’m starting to get discouraged …
