I try to remain consistent on it but I have a workout log that I walk to the gym with..

The points you brought up are so true and those things get on my nerves. I try to put stuff in for morale.. let bodyspace know I'm doing well :) (even though I doubt many people check that stuff) but other than that .. eh.

I don't use workout tracker but I do use Crosstrainer. It allows you to track your nutrition, cardio and weight training and it's terrific for tracking workouts. You should check it out. You can download a demo version that's fully functional. See www.crosstrainer.ca

You raise some very good points and I agree. I use them pretty much for myself and it helps me to track my own progress, but I know what you mean about viewing someone elses. Its hard to look at more than one at a time or whatever. Considering volume per workout there is a huge diff between upper and lower body. When I look at my graph I can obviously and easily tell which are leg days as they are about 10,000 lbs higher than upper body days. Still, I feel that it's a useful tool and will continue to use it. I hope you stick with it.

Keep working hard!
