Well I fit status show change a lot because now I have a son name Myles and It very hard to get a workouts in. So what I do is wind I get off from work in the morning after working 12 hours (night shift) I go to the gym that’s the only time wind I have a chance to go because using I watch my son on my days off from why my wife going to work. What I talking about is I still make time to go to the gym still even now I have a child. Most people say they don’t have time to go to the gym because of there children. So everybody who say they don’t have anytime you got to make time even like me after work works the best for me because I don’t have no babysitter. Even doing It at home with your children, around your children. Make away It will payoff believe that.

The best way to monitor your body is by going to see your physician. . A few years ago, I was at Wal-Mart just shopping and I saw the blood pressure machine, so I check my blood pressure, and it was over the range. So I didn’t know what’s going on with that. Well later on I started having bad headaches.

So I knew it was my blood pressure, because I felt pressure in my head. Then I slowed down on my workout a little bit, because I felt dizzy. One day at the gym I was doing some squats, 4 sets of 15, and on my 3rd set of 15, I got dizzy. Then my 4th set of 15 it felt like I was about to pass out.
Then I made an appointment with my physician, and he told me I have hypertension and need to be on blood pressure pills and be on a low sodium diet. When he told me that I knew it will be hard. So I did it and it was very difficult , because I like saucey patties, and well seasoned foods.
Now I don’t have high blood pressure problems, Thank good for discipline myself and continue to exercise.Sometimes I cheat by eating high sodium foods, but I do keep a limit.
It’s good to monitor yourself just by checking your blood pressure on the daily basis, go for a checkup about every 6 months, exercise daily and eat healthy foods.
