a change on December 11, 2007
December 11, 2007starting today, i am going to take the advice of a fellow "gymaholic" and cut milk and dairy out of my diet. while this idea probably would not be recomended by any "professionals," i don’t know what else to try in effort to loose that small bit of gut on the lower third of my stomach (i’m sure we’ve all fought this battle). Also, and probably more importantly, i’m going to increase the frequency (not intensity) of my cardio. Lastly, i’m gonna reduce the number of protein shakes i take in per day from 4 or 5, to 1 or 2. The rest of my protein i can get from my diet (like this delicious can of tuna im eating now, puke). I’ll give this untill January 12, 2008.
