and our water got turned off! we just moved here and the hubbi didnt put it in his name yet. and they wont turn it on till tomorrow.. so this sucks. i was contemplating on whether or not to go get a 1 week free pass from my local gym just to take a shower there haha.

I was always so paranoid about how much i ate or what i ate..because as we all know when you dont have muscle to feed or arent active it just turns to fat.. But even after watching what i ate i was still fat. I was what you’d call "skinny-fat" you know what i’m talking about.. all those girls who wear size 00 with no muscle… and plenty of cellulite to go around. and God forbid they actually eat a meal, it’ll make them HUGE. But ANYWAYS…  I had no energy, and just didnt like my body. THANK GOD i got into fitness. its one of the best things that has ever happend to me. i’m much more happier in my daily life now that i work out. What i have gained is worth every burning muscle! :-D

So i got a new supplement called NO-Xplode. and i must say i did have twice the energy and i was able to do twice as much cardio and twice as intense. I did 20 mins of really hard intervals of 1.5 min up and then lower in intensity. and then i ran just 2 miles, but quicker then usual. even its is just all in my head. who cares!

I accidentally wrote in the wrong url for my myspace. And it sent you to some old woman named Esther. I hope you all didn’t think that was me! Anyways… it’s fixed now. I also got some creatine. My personal trainer told me to go with CEE.. so I’m gonna try it.. I’ll keep you posted on how it works out. OHH and I was able to complete all my triceps workouts with out going down in weight. I was able to complete all my triceps push ups and could have done more! Last week they were going quick and it was hard to complete everything. awesome.

so today we did legs, and back. i did a some cardio on the punching bag, and i must say it is really ackward to punch the bag! i need to learn to step around when it starts swinging at me! haha, I really like punching the mittens i like the person to person contact and it gives me a better place to throw my punches. I want to join a boxing gym and do kick boxing so bad. but i’m already taking up 3 hours of my husbands time during the day to watch our daughter, and spending so much money on a PT. After the session was over my gym buddy dropped me off and i decided i wasn’t done! I needed more of a work out. So i went back and ran for a little bit to feel even better. just 2 miles since we worked legs. but tomorrow will be a long run. so i’ll make up for the measly 2 miles.

Yesterday i was feeling so tired. i didnt get much sleep the night before.. but i made myself go to the gym. i know i need to keep up my cardio so i can see my results better.. I started out thinking about just running for 30 mins. then i was like well what the heck i’ll go for 40 mins. (not including warm-up cool-down) i started running and felt like i needed to do more so i pumped it up and did 4 miles in 40 mins! i’m doing the same time as when i was in highschool cross country and track. i’m so excited! i can’t wait to see how far i can push myself.

i’m getting ready for the day and i’ve already forgotten to eat all my breakfast.  i need to make sure i keep up my protein! today i’m going to do some cardio, probably a long run around 40 mins… last cardio was short and i did a timed mile of 8:30..i’ll do that again next week see if i can shave off more time!

Well, i’ve finally put some recent pics up. i’m feeling a little down about things right now with my body.. for one i’m so overwhelmed with how awsome most of the people’s body on here are! and two i got my fat tested at my gym by my personal trainer and he told me it was 18%..and then i got it tested with the dunk tank today and they say it was 19%! thats a whole pound more of fat. but in the same it is making me even more determined to drop the fat. but i must admit its challenging. especially when i’m home all the time and all i want to do is eat. and drink alot of wine. :- / i’ll make it. i want to lose 4 pounds of fat in 3 weeks. whew. that would put me at about 17 maybe high 16% fat if i continue with my weight training.
