			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i know it would be much easier for me to just get in there and start lifting weights to build the muscle to lose the fat. but i am not ready for that. i am trying to really buckle down on my diet and do the occasional cardio for now. and i am starting to drop fat like crazy! once i get to 102-105 i&#8217;ll start lifting weights. last time i lifted weights when i felt like i had a few pounds of fat to lose (which is alot when youre 5&#8242;) i felt huge and bloated with the muscle under the fat. my goal is to be small, tight, and toned. no bulky. so i&#8217;ll do it backwards.. lose fat then build.. i know.. this is bodyspace with lots of body builder type people. but my goal is small and tight&#8230; not size or anything like that.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i havent been on here in forever! 6 months to be exact. I&#8217;m currently 23 weeks pregnant. i&#8217;m gaining about a pound a week now steadily (Youre jealous i know!!), which is right on track for my healthy weight gain for myself and the baby. I havent been able to work out with this pregnancy due to a complication in early pregnancy that caused me to be on bedrest till i was 4/5 months along. but now that i&#8217;m getting more energy i really want to get back in the gym and start being more active again. i&#8217;m not talking about building muscle.. just easy going workouts like on the eliptical and using weight machines to work my muscles. if i gain any muscle back that would be nice too <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' />  but i just want to be healthy right now and gain more energy which will make for an easier delivery!

		<description><![CDATA[I start work soon at a corporate gym as the fitness trainer/manager and i&#8217;ll be working with a lot with white collar folks. which is nice since they tend to be dedicated. and i&#8217;m working the early shift which is a plus. i&#8217;ll have half a day left after work!

I&#8217;m super excited about that! and i&#8217;ve decided to train for the Zappos Marathon at the end of the year. and a half marathon at camp pendleton in sept. i start training in June. and im super excited about that!
