					<description>My wife and I have to do seperate W/Os because of kids, too, meaning that one of us doesn't get the &amp;amp;#34;optimum&amp;amp;#34; w/o cardio time in the morning.  But, then again, optimum is relative compared to the fact that we're ALL doing something that we weren't doing in the past, and that the rest of the 99's out there aren't doing at all (grins with a superior look on his face).</description>

					<description>i can't do that with my daughter i have to wait till she's taking a nap before i can sneak off to the gym. but ty for the suggestion! maybe if i just woke up wayy early lol. doesnt it have something to do with your glucose and kidneys or something. i havent looked into it. but i usually do cardio after strength training.. i only have so many days i can get away to the gym.</description>
