losing fat.
i know it would be much easier for me to just get in there and start lifting weights to build the muscle to lose the fat. but i am not ready for that. i am trying to really buckle down on my diet and do the occasional cardio for now. and i am starting to drop fat like crazy! once i get to 102-105 i’ll start lifting weights. last time i lifted weights when i felt like i had a few pounds of fat to lose (which is alot when youre 5′) i felt huge and bloated with the muscle under the fat. my goal is to be small, tight, and toned. no bulky. so i’ll do it backwards.. lose fat then build.. i know.. this is bodyspace with lots of body builder type people. but my goal is small and tight… not size or anything like that.
