losing fat.
Saturday, July 11th, 2009i know it would be much easier for me to just get in there and start lifting weights to build the muscle to lose the fat. but i am not ready for that. i am trying to really buckle down on my diet and do the occasional cardio for now. and i am starting to drop fat like crazy! once i get to 102-105 i’ll start lifting weights. last time i lifted weights when i felt like i had a few pounds of fat to lose (which is alot when youre 5′) i felt huge and bloated with the muscle under the fat. my goal is to be small, tight, and toned. no bulky. so i’ll do it backwards.. lose fat then build.. i know.. this is bodyspace with lots of body builder type people. but my goal is small and tight… not size or anything like that.
