i only had 25 mins to run not including warm up cool down. so i just charged it an ran the best i could for how late in the day it was. i ran 2.5 miles in 22 mins. and a mile warm up and cool down. my blisters were killin’ me and my shin was starting to hurt but i finished it. hopefully i dont have to pay for the shin later…now its up to 16 miles this week which started on sat.

Check your shoes, and listen to your body. It’s early in your quest, you need the proper foundation. Good luck.
