i just realized…
that in the last 10 weeks i’ve gained an average of .75 pounds muscle mass a week…that adds up to about 7.5 pounds of muscle..which is pretty good considering i weighed 107 when i started.. not sure yet what my total is for fat loss just yet. i’m getting it tested next week. alot of it is in my back and legs. i can’t fit into my shorts because my thighs are too big and my tanktops and t-shirts/bras dont fit me anymore because my back has gotten bigger and started to "V" so i’m pretty happy with my results and it gives me more fuel to keep going!
