some big things

well i’m starting a course at UNLV for Personal training to get my National Certificate. I’m super excited about that! and i’ve decided to train for the Zappos Marathon at the end of the year. and a half marathon at camp pendleton in sept. i start training in June. and im super excited about that! when i start my pre-training and training i’ll keep in touch and update on how the training and long runs go.

Today i ran up the bleachers in intervals. and it was so much fun! a nice change from the treadmill or anything in the gym. i was 15 seconds short of beating a guys record that goes to my gym. if it wasn’t 45 degrees and my lungs weren’t burning from the cold i think i could have beat it. when its warmer in a few days i’ll kick ass. lol

and our water got turned off! we just moved here and the hubbi didnt put it in his name yet. and they wont turn it on till tomorrow.. so this sucks. i was contemplating on whether or not to go get a 1 week free pass from my local gym just to take a shower there haha.

I was always so paranoid about how much i ate or what i ate..because as we all know when you dont have muscle to feed or arent active it just turns to fat.. But even after watching what i ate i was still fat. I was what you’d call "skinny-fat" you know what i’m talking about.. all those girls who wear size 00 with no muscle… and plenty of cellulite to go around. and God forbid they actually eat a meal, it’ll make them HUGE. But ANYWAYS…  I had no energy, and just didnt like my body. THANK GOD i got into fitness. its one of the best things that has ever happend to me. i’m much more happier in my daily life now that i work out. What i have gained is worth every burning muscle! :-D

So i got a new supplement called NO-Xplode. and i must say i did have twice the energy and i was able to do twice as much cardio and twice as intense. I did 20 mins of really hard intervals of 1.5 min up and then lower in intensity. and then i ran just 2 miles, but quicker then usual. even its is just all in my head. who cares!
