I started my very first attempt at cutting. I started at 201 lbs. I set a 2 week goal to drop 6 lbs. So ending my cut at 195. I plan to drop 3 lbs pounds a week. If I am succesful at doing so Im thinking I will start another 2 week cut and drop 5 more pounds to 190 and then eventually build my way back up pure muscle to 200 lbs. And then for summer when I want to cut down I will have some experience in dropping some weight.
