Update Aug 5th
Well i havent kept up my blogs so well. still training lots. Been running my loop 2x a week. Its a 12 k run, it was tough at first its getting easier everytime
And i still workout x5 a week and swim whenever not as much in the summer. Changed it up today and went for a trail run and almost ran right into a bear lol! 10 feet infront of me.! yikes but im writting this so im ok
anyway im still going at it.. later
