I started my very first attempt at cutting. I started at 201 lbs. I set a 2 week goal to drop 6 lbs. So ending my cut at 195. I plan to drop 3 lbs pounds a week. If I am succesful at doing so Im thinking I will start another 2 week cut and drop 5 more pounds to 190 and then eventually build my way back up pure muscle to 200 lbs. And then for summer when I want to cut down I will have some experience in dropping some weight.

Well since my last post or pictures ive kept a pretty tight training schedual and I have been eating probly healthier then ever. Since December I added swimming into my routine swimming 1KM - 3x a week. And just recently last week I started running to my gym as much as I can depending on the weather. Its a 3.2 KM run which takes me about 20-25 minutes going at a steady pace. I hope to decrease my time to around 15-20 minutes. I also started working on my abs a lot. I now have a 2 pack lol.. and ive dropped my weight from 205 to 200.. but it tends to fluxuate alot. well il keep posting my progress as always. later

Been hitting the gym almost everyday since my last pics, which was about 3 months ago!! just getting a little more ripped then il get some pics up to show my progress!
