This is my first official post in my body blog.  I would like to say that a very good friend and client of mine has just reached a personal and physical milestone.  michaelehoffman, a member here and one of my listed friends has after 57 years of believeing he couldn’t do it; 4 complete perfectly executed push-ups!!!!   Way to go Mikey!!!!  YOu can do anything you set your mind to and now you know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
