I’ve made a promise to myself! I WILL LOSE 60lbs THIS YEAR! I know what you’re saying….that’s great but it’s only 5lbs a month, anyone can do that. I agree, anyone that isn’t me. I don’t seem to have the motivation it takes to stick with something of this magnitude for some reason. This time, I will do it. I have a few friends here on Bodyspace and tons of support in the corporate office. I won’t let myself down and I won’t let them down.
So here’s what I’ve done! I’ve started to go to the gym…AGAIN! Good start. I’ve also adjusted my eating habits and am currently working on getting my caloric intake adjusted to a good weight-losing level. Yesterday, I was under 1,000 calories. I know that’s not good for someone my size. I’m gonna tweak it so my body is able to function while still dropping LB’s.
So, everyone that has my back, thanks a ton. I appreciate every little bit of help and inspiration you give me. To everyone else, I wish you all the best on your journey through 2009 and I hope you reach your goals before your goal date. Spread love - ko noel

so today, i was driving to work and noticed a student driver car a couple of cars ahead of me. because i have perpetual road rage (kept to myself, in-car variety), i immediately thought, "here we go! it’s gonna be a long slow trip." because of this %$*@ noob on the roadway. and, when we first started out, it was going just as i figured it would. then, out of nowhere, this kid speeds up and does the speed limit plus about another 5 mph. i guess i shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.
maybe this has been said before but, for sh!t’s sake, isn’t anything on tv anymore? REALITY, REALITY, REALITY! my a$$! you want reality, live my life. no swapping wives, no borrowing babies, no singing contest, no 7 roommates living together in a house. just plain, everyday living.
i know, this has nothing to do with bodybuilding or fit lifestyles. i guess i’m not on that topic this week. i haven’t written here in a while and didn’t want anyone to forget me! well, keep up the good work. remember, everyday is a chance to improve you and to make someone elses day better. spread love - ko noel

i was terrible this weekend….i ate like i was on the bulking cycle again. and not even a clean bulk! pancakes, movie snacks, pizza. it was not a good weekend. strangely, i didn’t gain at all. i did have two softball games so that type of exercise could have been what kept me down. i know that i need to get to the gym more and stop binge-eating. believe me, i’m working on better focus. if i could eat on the weekend like i do during the workweek, i’d be golden. i only eat one solid meal monday through friday. the rest is protein shakes and fruit. i need to get out more on weekends so i don’t sit around eating….ok. i’ll do better this week. thanks for reading. spread love everyday. -ko noel

chance to cheat right? funny thing is, i didn’t. i was a good camper! i ate right and didn’t snack because i was bored. other than that, i didn’t do too much. no gym =( but i did get a tanning package so i’m starting to darken up. i bbq’d some chicken and ate some salad, BOTH DAYS. yum! yesterday, i took a little nap and watched some baseball. you can’t beat that at all! as far as training is involved, i need to get to the gym a bit more. it looks like my weight has gone up a little but my pants are fitting a bit better. AND THAT’S ALL THAT MATTERS!

So, I’ve started with the Hydroxycut Hardcore. I took it about 20 minutes before I hit the gym this morning. Right now I’m just doing the cardio thing. It was a nice morning, not too cold, not too warm. Probably around 60 degrees. The reason I mentioned that is because by the end of my little session of 25 minutes on the good ol’ elliptical, I was sweating my a$$ off. I would have to surmise that the Hydroxycut had something to do with it. As far as I can tell, the caffeine isn’t making me jittery. I used to be a "highly" caffeinated person but I quit drinking soda about a month ago and I only have one cup of coffee a day. I’ve also cut out stuff like chocolate and whatnot so I get almost none. I expected a bit of a shaky feeling. Nothing! About 1/2 a week into it, I’d have to say I’m liking it. I’ll keep you updated. Spread love as often as possible! -ko noel

so, i really haven’t started training like most of the people train on here. i’ve started with a nice cardio regiment. you know, 3-4 times a week. along with this, i’m also eating a lot cleaner. no wheat, i’ve stopped drinking soda, tons more water, more greens, chicken, lean meats….all that stuff. i’ve also been using protein as an in-between meal snack. i eat 4-5 times a day now if you include the protein. i actually have been using muscle milk (yummy cake batter) as a meal replacement if i don’t get breakfast before i come to the office and nitrotech hardcore for all other times. i’ve also started on hydroxycut hardcore to help with the fat burning. my goal is to get down to 250 lbs before my 36th birthday. that shouldn’t be too hard right? it’s only 24 lbs total. you know, i’m pretty impressed with me. the company has a lunch for the employees every month and it was italian food day. i didn’t even get close to eating it. a month ago, i woulda went back for 2nds. well, i’ll try to do this more regularly now that i’m on the path to being a smaller guy. spread love every day. -ko

has it really been that long since i’ve posted a blog entry? wow! i’m a motha-lovin’ slacker, ain’t i? well, let’s see. in the last 3 months i’ve changed to a new job position here at bb.com, planned a trip to seattle to see the padres/mariners play (next week), started a new diet, joined a gym, started to play softball on 3 teams, moved to a different apartment, and baseball season has started (i’m a diamond junkie). so tons of stuff has gone on i suppose. it’s great to be here and see constant, productive change in the company. i mean, we have a warehouse in pennsylvania for heaven’s sake. most of the east coast is getting their shipments in just a couple of days. that’s a WOW! i guess it’s pretty boring from the outside but for me, since i’ve been here in customer service since ‘05 and there were 12 people in the department, 40 people and growing is awesome. WOW! have a great day, week, month, whatever, and SPREAD LOVE!

i guess i just had a busy week after taking monday off. by the way, that was a total waste of a day. i just sat around the house and did nothing. i couldn’t even post from there. my internet provider’s (???????l?) wireless modem died over the weekend and i was waiting on a new one to be shipped. i couldn’t even play my ps3 online.
the past week at work was pretty normal. we do seem to be getting busier. that’s a good thing, i do believe. more contacts = more business, right?
this is valentine’s day!!!! did you get your significant other something special? i haven’t, YET! but, i still have a couple more days. it’s our first V day since we’ve been together. i have this fear that i’m going to mess up. i’m usually good at gifting. this one’s got me a bit off kilter though. i’m sure i’ll get through though.
so, my life is basically boring! anyways, have a great week! SPREAD LOVE! -ko

not sure what i’m gonna do. well, besides watch the super bowl, drink beer (my friend has a keggerator), and talk a lot of sh!t. no, i don’t have any interest in either team but, we’re gonna get either the first undefeated champion since the year i was born or the biggest choke in history. i guess we’ll see right!
other than that, nothing. just a boring old weekend. maybe a bit of ps3, some house cleaning, stuff like that. i did take monday off for football recovery!
about football, i’m pretty down that it’s ending. i mean, i’m a basketball fan when the tourney comes around. that’s it though. i love baseball but i have to wait until april. and hockey, while it’s awesome to watch in person, i’m not really with it on tv. so, yeah, i’m bummed (i’ve posted that before i think).
anyways, not too much going on here at good ‘ol bb.com. just work, work, and work. we’ll have some new people starting next week. just a couple of people from 2005 left. tommy, jen, rachel, and i. i remember when there were 12 people total in cs. now there’s over 40. wow! business has picked up!
so, keep safe this weekend. root for your team! do what you do best and stay outta trouble! spread love!

the chargers lost. and the sentimental favorite packers lost too (i know, day late but i was sick yesterday). i think the bolts played a good game. they just needed to score touch downs instead of kick field goals. now i feel like peyton manning in his new commercial…’yeah, i’m bummed too. guess i’ll see you next fall.’
moving on then….bb.com is still cool as all hell. i love this place. no, i’m not kissing a$$. this is the best job ever. they take care of us.
customer service is going to have a co-ed softball team this spring. boise city league. should be a great time and a great time. we all pretty much get along. well, i do with everyone else it seems. maybe they think i’m a jerk. that wouldn’t be so good. anyway, if you live here in boise, come down to willow lane in the spring and look for us. say hi! you can even bask in the pressence of jogging jen, metabolic megan, or even muscle mania matt.
have a good week with everything. spread love. -ko
